Beyond hair, YOMA offers a full range of beauty services, including eyelash extensions, Permanent Makeup such as Microblading, Powder Brows, Combination Brows, Lip Blushing, and Permanent Eyeliner. The studio is also home to tattoo artist Alexis “Sunshine” Zappia, where clients can choose from flash or custom pieces designed by Sunshine herself as well as Tooth Gems made to last and Caps and Grills by Aztec David. Artists and stylists can take advantage of ongoing education opportunities, including classes for hairstylists and fundamental courses in Permanent Makeup. Known for her friendly, approachable style, she makes every client feel comfortable and leaves them looking like the best version of themselves. Outside the salon, you’ll often find her biking around the city on her vintage 12-speed.

Edgar is a Master Stylist with 40+ years behind the chair. Edgar is from New York originally and came to Cincinnati in the 90’s to work with world famous Taylor Jameson after years of doing runway shows and educating together! Edgar loves to do cuts and color, especially blonding and is known for his great conversations centered around fashion and food.
Bre Spatz
Bre specializes in Permanent Makeup - Eyebrows + Lip Blushing as well as being a Tooth Gem Artist! Bre loves doing permanent makeup and how it can change the whole look for someone’s face, highlighting their eyes and giving a lifted, youthful look. For clients who have no brow hair or draw their eyebrows on daily, they say it is life changing to have them done permanently. She loves to make sure her work looks natural, and while some clients prefer a bolder look that mimics makeup, she likes to ensure her clients can go out makeup free and feel like their brows or lips enhance their natural features, rather than overpower them! She also loves offering tooth gems. Whether is one small crystal, or a whole project of different shiny pieces, she loves to get creative and have fun with it. It is the instant confident boost clients get from having some bling on their teeth!
